Nam Phan

Nam is a corporate M&A attorney at Kim & Chang in Seoul, South Korea. Prior to that he was a corporate M&A attorney at Milbank LLP in New York City. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from UC Berkeley School of Law, with specialty in business and international law.
